Working process introduction :
Ore is crushed by jaw crusher for first stage crushing and then crushed by cone crusher . broken products put into circular vibrating screen for sieving 。Middle-layer product and op layer product after crushing will be crushed together for second stage crushing .The second stage crushing product return to merge the first stage crushing product for sieving . After screening products are grinded through the ball mill and form close-circuit grinding with hydro-cyclone .Hydro-cyclone overflow into the inflatable flotation machine for flotation, and then ore pulp get through a roughing , two coarse selecting and a scavenging. Coarse selecting products go into ball mill for grinding and form close-circuit grinding with hydro-cyclone. Hydro-cyclone overflow into the inflatable flotation unit for eight times selecting .The base flow return to coarse select , overflow high-effective transformation thickener、 box-type filter to concentrate and filter, finally get molybdenum concentrate products.
