Gold ore beneficiation flow chart
Introduction:
The gold ore should be crushed by jaw crusher firstly. The desired particles will be conveyed by bucket elevator to the feeder, and then fed in to the ball mill evenly.After grinding, the materials go to spiral classifier to be cleaned and graded. Then the materials go to magnetic separation machine,which separates the magnetic minerals and non-magnetic minerals by magnetic force and mechanical force. Then the desired materials go to flotation machine. During flotation process, different agents are added according to the material characteristics, in order to select the required minerals. After flotation process, the desired minerals are with high moisture and they should go to concentrators first and then go to rotary dryer to get dry concentrates.
Characteristics:
1) Selecting gold concentrates that contains Cu by twice-leach and twice-wash solution has higher recovery rate and consumes less cyanide.
2) The cyanide contents in barren solution is 2100-2300mg/L; by acidification process,the recovery rate can reach 70% and cuprous rhodanide can be recovered from the heavy metal sediment.
3) Before leaching, treating the Cu and Zn and other oxidized metals with lime helps form a passive film on their surface, which protect them from being dissolved in the cyaniding liquid.
4) Gas-filled type leach tank with double impellers and quill reduces the power of agitator from 17kw to 7.5kw, which is more energy-saving and has remarkable leaching rate.
