1, during operation, to regularly feed lubricating oil injection, and check the oil, hydraulic oil, coolant level and quality of equipment, avoid the wear and damage cased by lack of oil, Also pay attention to the tightness of equipment, so as to ensure the stability of production and equipment.
2, In maintenance period what need to pay attention to is,clean the speed reducing motor, timely adjust loose components,fastening.Then check whether the the balance shaft axis of reducer and energy-saving ball mill is on the same straight line, which can avoid the energy saving ball mill cylinder string.
In addition to the above two points, what also need special attention is, the use of energy-saving ball mill needs in accordance with the rules, the order can not be reversed; to seize the three key points during maintenance: cleaning degree, tightness, friction and damage degree,which can achieve the effect of beating all maintenance.
