Manganese ore Product Introduction

    Manganese ore is rich in nature and the most common ones are anhydrou manganese oxide and hydrous manganese carbonate but only a little part manganese ore can be exploited which pyrolusite followed by psilomelane and bog manganese. Manganese ore is mainly used as raw material in ferrous metallurgical industry, nonferrous metallurgical industry and chemical industry. Its mohs hardness is 1-2.5 which varies from region to region.
 

Process Flow   

    Manganese ore beneficiation always contains crushing, grinding, strong magnetic separation, heavy media separation and flotation. Manganese ore commonly will be crushed into 6-0mm or 10-0mm and then it will be separated, coarse ones are excluded while fine ones are sent to the table for separation. And the common used crushing machine is jaw crusher. Crushed manganese ore will be ground into different specifications by grinding machine according to different needs and then will be conducted corresponding beneficiation.
 
    The specific technical process is as followed: massive manganese ores are fed to jaw crusher or mobile jaw crusher crushing station by vibrating feeder for coarse crushing then the crushed materials are screened by vibrating screen and are sent to impact crusher or cone crusher by belt conveyor for medium crushing. Medium crushed materials are conveyed to cone crusher for fine crushing. And manganese powders of 0-12mm screened by vibrating screen are delivered to ball mill for grinding and then are classified by spiral classifier and unqualified powders are grinded further while qualified powders are delivered to the magnetic separator to receive receive strong magnetic separation, and the final manganese powders are delivered to dryer to become manganese concentrates.
