Copper ore Product Introduction

    Copper ore mainly contains native copper, chalcopyrite, bornite, chalcocite, azurite, covellite and malachite. The mohs hardness of copper ore is 8.5 and copper ore has been widely used in metallurgy as a raw material.

 Process Flow   

    The production process of copper ore contains coarse crushing, fine crushing grinding and beneficiation. And three stage crushing with single closed circuit stage is very suitable for high-hardness copper crushing which can realize crushing and partial dissociation, consequently increasing efficiency of following grinding.
 
    Technical process of copper ore crushing: copper ore is delivered to jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for coarse crushing then crushed materials are delivered to impact crusher or cone crusher by belt conveyor for further crushing, and then are screened by vibrating screen. Unqualified materials are delivered back to the impact crusher or the cone crusher, forming closed cycle. Copper powders of 0-12mm screened by vibrating screen are delivered to ball mill for grinding and then are classified by spiral classifier and unqualified powders are grinded further by ball mill while qualified powders are delivered to the flotation machine to receive mixing flotation, and the final cone powders are delivered to dryer to become copper concentrates.
