Installation and debugging instruction of shaking table: After 6-S shaking table installation ready, debugging operation should be done in the first two hours with no load, and checked the conditions of below items before operating：motor working condition in the starting process; the connection condition of all parts and abrasion of the joint surface; Whether there are abnormal noise, the lubrication condition. Making sure all of the items are ready, then proceed loading trial run. Check the above items again after 24 hours.

Concreting cerement and embedded anchor bolts are mandatory requirement before 6-S shaking table installation. Make sure the centers of the two slope modulator mounts with 360mm radius and the center of the head linkage seat are kept in the same plane, if not, when the bed surface tilts, it will accelerate the wear of copper set, even can break off the reciprocating lever.As for the error between linkage seat and screw height of bed surface, we can adjust bolt under the shaking box to eliminate it.

When operating trial run and loading test, 6-S Shaking table springs should not be over tight.and just be slightly relax to make slight impact noise between bracket and its support, then adjust bolts gradually and press down the spring till the noise stopped. Excessive compression of the spring can increase the wear and power consumption, the flotation machines may also crush the spring, while too loose spring will be likely to cause bracket fall off and damage the inside parts.

When trial run, we should note whether the rotating direction of the belt wheel in the head of 6-S shaking table is consistent with the graphic, if not, it should be corrected immediately to avoid the abnormal work of oil pump. All screws must be tightened before driving, all lubricating points in head should drench with thin oil to avoid damage of parts.
