Pebble is the product of yellow sand mining. It is named after a goose egg. The pebbles, as a natural stone, are taken from the sandstone mountains that have been raised by the ancient river beds after the movement of the earth’s crust over ten million years ago. They have experienced continuous extrusion and friction of mountain flood and water transportation. Then pebble resources are characteristic and rich in variety. At present, the gravel produced after the pebbles are processed has been widely used in the fields, such as construction, highway, railway and garden,etc.。
Technical Process
The large stone is sent to jaw crusher uniformly by vibrating feeder from stock bin for coarse crushing, then the stone is transported to impact crusher by belt conveyor for further crushing. After fine crushing, the stone is sent into vibrating screen by belt conveyor for screening, which can be divided into several different kinds of stones. The stones that meet the requirement of granularity are sent by belt conveyor to finished product stock pile. The stones that don’t satisfy the requirement of granularity are sent back to impact crusher to be crushed again by belt conveyor, forming closed-circuit circulation repeatedly. After these steps, the qualified gravel aggregate is finally put into market. The granularity of finished products can be combined and graded according to the user’s requirements.
