Dolomite Introduction
Dolomite is a magnesium-high carbonate rock containing calcium. It contains a small amount of calcite, clay mineral, flint, magnesite, sometimes containing gypsum, celadon, barite, pyrite and organic material. The color of dolomite is usually gray white, which is similar to limestone in appearance. Some transitional types of ore can be classified according to the ratio of calcite and dolomite between limestone and dolomite. Generally called dolomite is a pure dolomite with less than 5% of calcite content. Its hardness is 3.5-4 and weight is 2.85-2.9, and it is widely distributed in nature. Dolomite can be used in building materials, ceramics, glass and refractory materials, chemical industry and agriculture, environmental protection, energy saving and other fields, and it can also be applied to the production of gravel aggregate.Technical Process
The dolomite is provided to jaw crusher by feeder uniformly and continuously for crushing. The crushed semi-finished product is transported to impact crusher by belt conveyor for second crushing. After crushing, the combined aggregate is transported to vibrating screen by belt conveyor for grading and screening. After screening, the large material is sent to impact crusher by belt conveyor for crushing again. Then the material is transported to vibrating screen by belt conveyor for screening. Afterwards, the finished products of different granules are sent to finished product stock bin by belt conveyor. The large materials that don’t meet the requirement will return to fine crusher for recycling again. If the finished sand needs to be washed, the sand washer can also be configured to wash the finished sand. Relatively simple process, small area, high crushing ratio of the system equipment and production efficiency, high product output and sand production rate, uniform grain size distribution of finished product and good grain shape can satisfy the requirement of various fields in the construction field for aggregate.Equipment Recommendation
