1.The bearing take on all the load of a machine, so good lubrication is of great importance for the bearing life, it directly affects the service life and its availability of a machine, thus the lubricating oil must be clean and with good seal. the main oil adding points of the machine are as below:

1)The turning bearing
2) The rolling bearing
3) All the gears
4) Moving bearings and sliding plane.

2.The newly installed tire is prone to loose and should be checked regularly.

3.Pay attention to check whether each part of the machine can perform normally.

4.Pay attention to check the wear degree of wear parts ,replace the worn parts in time.

5.The chassis plane, used to place activity device , should keep the dirt removed, to avoid the condition that activity bearing can’t remove on the chassis and cause serious accident when the material can’t be broken.

6.When the bearing oil temperature is too high, the machine should be stopped immediately, check and remove the problem.

7.The machine should be stopped and checked immediately if it made a impact sound when the turning gear performing.
